What Coral Go Movers is, in plain words
Coral Go Movers is a local moving service for northwest Broward County. We don't own trucks and we don't employ the crews. Coral Go Movers connects you with independent registered movers who perform the move. We answer the phone, learn what your move actually involves, and match you with a mover that has the right crew and truck open on your date.
Why work that way? Because most moving trouble in Coral Springs starts before the truck arrives: the wrong truck for a gated entrance, two movers sent for a job that needed four, a crew that didn't know the condo wanted a certificate of insurance. Matching the move to the mover fixes most of that.
Every mover we send is registered with the State of Florida as required and insured.
Florida broker disclosure
Coral Go Movers is not a mover. We arrange moves with independent movers registered in Florida; the mover you are matched with gives you the written estimate and contract and performs the move.
How a mover is matched to your move
- The move comes firstOn the call we write down both addresses, the date and a backup date, the home size, stairs, elevators, parking distance, gate or HOA rules, packing needs and heavy items. That list decides which movers can do the job well.
- Opening, crew and fitWe check which independent local movers have a truck and enough people open on your date, and which of them handle your kind of move: a third-floor walk-up, a gated Parkland house, a medical suite, a single piano.
- Registered and insured, every timeWe only send movers that are registered with the State of Florida as required and carry insurance. If a mover's registration lapses, it stops getting our calls.
- The mover takes it from thereThe mover contacts you, reviews the inventory and access, and gives you a written estimate and contract before move day. You decide whether to book. The mover performs the move and is responsible for it.

When you can reach us
Call for scheduling (hours to be confirmed). Call (831) 293-1195 with your date as early as you can; for month-end and summer weekends, two to four weeks ahead gives you the widest choice of crews. If your date is today or tomorrow, call anyway: we check which local crews still have an opening, and we tell you plainly if none do. See same-day and last-minute movers for how short-notice moves work.
How to check a Florida mover yourself
You don't have to take our word for it. Florida requires every mover and moving broker to register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). Before you sign an estimate, look the mover up by its exact business name, or call 1-800-HELP-FLA (1-800-435-7352). For a move to another state, the carrier also needs a USDOT number and operating authority from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
Our step-by-step guide to checking a Florida mover's registration also covers the warning signs of a moving scam.
What we won't do
- Quote you a price ourselves. Only the registered mover gives the estimate, in writing.
- Promise an arrival time we can't control, or claim phone hours we haven't confirmed.
- Post reviews we didn't earn. The reviews section stays empty until real customers fill it.
- Send a mover that isn't registered with the State of Florida or isn't insured.
