This policy explains what information Coral Go Movers ("we", "us") collects when you visit letsgo-moving.info, call us or send a request, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Coral Go Movers connects you with independent registered movers who perform the move.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the request form you give us your name and phone number and, if you choose, your email address, the type of move and details about it. When you call, we note your phone number and what you tell us about the move: addresses or ZIP codes, dates, home size, access, items and timing.
- Call records. Calls may be routed through a call-tracking service that records the calling number, the time and length of the call and which page or ad led to it. If a call is recorded for quality or training, you will be told at the start of the call.
- Website data. Like most websites, our host and any analytics tools we use may log your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the referring site. We use this to keep the site working and to see which pages help people.
How we use it
- To understand your move and match you with an independent mover that has an opening.
- To call, text or email you about your request, including follow-up on the same move.
- To measure which pages, ads and calls lead to requests, so we can improve the site.
- To comply with the law and protect against fraud or abuse.
Sharing with the mover you are matched to
Because we connect you with an independent registered mover, we pass the details of your call or request to that mover (and, if the first mover can't take the job, to another one) so it can contact you, review the move and give you a written estimate. That mover is a separate business with its own privacy practices; once it has your details, its own policy applies to how it uses them.
We also share information with service providers that help us run the business, such as call-tracking, form-handling, hosting and analytics providers, only as needed for those services. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails with the unsubscribe link.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it
We keep request and call information for as long as needed to handle your move and any follow-up, and for a reasonable time after that for records, unless the law requires longer.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive financial details through the form.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
